- The company won’t be responsible for any unconfirmed train tickets. Incomplete payments may result in Seat Cancellation without notice. Standard time of check-in at 1 PM, early check-ins and late check out are dependent on availability, your cooperation is appreciated. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and
- will not be at your disposal.(AC will not work on hills)
- Travelhostic will not be liable for any delay in, change to, or cancellation of trips. missing sightseeing points due to Force Majeure.
- "Force Majeure’ means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the company and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, lockdown, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, restrict to entry of any place, flight/train cancellation, delay
- and strikes. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- Travel Manager will be appointed for a minimum group of 20 PAX; otherwise, a virtual travel manager will be assigned.
- Change hotel and/tour program due to unavoidable circumstances which are not in control of the company, in this case same category of hotel will be allotted. Veg Meals are included Non-veg meals will be on request as per availability, and extra charges will be applicable.
- Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred, or exchanged. In case of breakdown of the vehicle, travelers have to wait for repair or other alternate option arranged by the company.
- Travelers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carrying banned drugs , or unlawful activities during the tour.
- If any kind of misbehavior happened during the trip, the Trip manager have whole and sole responsibility to cancel your trip at the same point.
